How can I access or change my account details?

What happens if I forget my password and  password rage starts to show its dark side?

Firstly, it’s ok you are not alone! A quarter of us forget at least one of our login details a day so we are here to help you recover it.

Do I need an account?

No you don’t. Simply choose not to create a user account when checking out. However, by being part of the Tom-Boi gang you’ll be privy to all the stuff the outsider won’t.  You will be able to:

  • Check out faster when making a purchase
  • See any of your past orders
  • Change your account details, including password
  • Store any extra shipping addresses
  • Be the first to know about exclusive offers, sales and new products
Which payment methods are accepted?

In order to facilitate your shopping experience, we are pleased to accept several methods of payment.

Stripe: the hottest new payment processor on the block.

Credit Card: We are pleased to accept the following credit cards:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard

PayPal: (Must have an account with Paypal) You will be redirected to your PayPal account to approve the payment. Once approved, you will then be brought back to www.tom-boi.com to finalise your order.

Afterpay: (Must have an account with Afterpay) First-time customers provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. If you are not sure what this payment method is click here.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means).  The server that hosts our online store encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.  During the encryption process, information is scrambled into small bits of code that cannot be read as they travel to us over the Internet. Once we receive the encrypted information, we use a private, one-of-a-kind key to decode it.

By registering your information with us, you consent to Tom-Boi Pty Ltd sending correspondence regarding the website and our stores to the e-mail address that you have registered. If you have registered to receive email newsletters from us, you can remove your email address from our list at any time by using the links in the emails we send you to log onto your account to change your preferences. Alternatively, you may Contact Us to request removal. Please include your e-mail address along with your full name and we will remove you from our mailing list. Please allow 7 working days for the full removal process to take place. Tom-Boi Pty Ltd complies with the standards, procedures and requirements detailed in the Data Protection Act.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

We most certainly do and currently ship to a whole heap of countries throughout Europe, The Americas, Asia and Africa. If you require your order to be delivered to a country that is not listed on the drop down menu at checkout then please Contact Us and we will endeavour to set up shipping to the part of the world you call home.

How many days does it take to receive my order?

All standard orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.  If any items in your order are temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange or credit note for those items. If applicable, we may also give you the option of waiting for us to ship the items once new stock arrives.

We use Australia Post eParcel to get your items to you, so you’ll only have to wait 2 to 5 working days once your order has left our warehouse. If you’ve opted for express shipping, you should receive your order 1 to 2 working days after it’s left our warehouse, within capital cities.


*Please note that the above estimates, are only estimated delivery windows. There are factors out of our control that can further delay these estimates.

*The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post office boxes. Please check with Australia post at Delivery areas covered by AusPost to make sure you are part of the 80%.

All online orders are shipped during business days and hours via Australia Post eParcel traceable service, from our Melbourne warehouse. We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Australian public holidays. Order cut offs occur at 12 midday each business day. Orders placed after 12 midday will be dispatched from our warehouse the next business day.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After we have jumped for joy with yet another order and another addition to our Tom-Boi gang, we will get onto picking, packing and sending.

As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is on its way to you, a confirmation email will be sent. Within this email you will also receive your tracking number so that you can keep up to date on the delivery status of your order via the Australia Post Track website located here http://auspost.com.au/track/.

How can I track my order?

Simply head to the Australia Post website by clicking here and enter your tracking number in the box to view the status of your order (note that is takes up to 24 hours from the time you receive our confirmation email for the parcel to show in the system). If you are from a country other than Australia you can head to the link we sent you in the confirmation email and enter your provided tracking number there.

Alternatively, you can find to your local national postal authority website and apply your tracking number to their tracking page.

Then go make a cuppa, sit back and have some you time!


If you have selected ECONOMY NO TRACKING unfortunately there is no way for either you or us to keep an eye on the order once it has left our hands, it is now up to the postal systems to do their job. If your order goes missing, we apologise for the disappointment, however we are not responsible and don’t offer a refund.

Tracking is always the best option even though it costs a little more!

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Due to sanitary reasons, all underwear sales are final and cannot be returned.

However, if your order was incorrect or an item is faulty please Contact us and we can look into it and send a new order your way at no extra cost to you.

What is my order arrives and its not what I ordered?

Firstly, we’re sorry that something went wrong with your order, totally our bad. We will fix the problem as fast as we can cos we know how exciting it is to receive your Tom-Boi gear!

If we get the order wrong then we will happily exchange the item and will ensure all costs associated with returned goods, including delivery, is at no expense to you. Please refer to our Contact Us page and provide us with:

  • Your name
  • The order number
  • A brief description of the problem you are experiencing
An item is missing from my order?

Please Contact Us so that we can make sure we track down your missing item. There may be some items in your order that are shipped separately if stock in our warehouse has sold out. If this has occurred then we will notify you by mail and offer you the option of having it sent as soon as it arrives, a credit note, a refund or an exchange. You will be notified by phone or email if an item in your order has been shipped separately to your other items.

Oops, I forgot to add a promo code to my order, can it still be applied?

Unfortunately no. Promo codes can only be applied in the shopping cart screen at time of purchase, however do let us know and we may be able to offer you another code for a friend or future purchase.

Is Tom-Boi an ethical company?

Not only does Tom-Boi care about you – we also care about the world, its people and the environment.
